Consultation
We meet with you to discuss your objectives and timing for selling your home. We review the entire selling process and layout the steps necessary to take your house to market as well as walk you through what happens after the sale.
Evaluation
First we inspect the exterior, yard and every room in your home. We gather pertinent information about additions, renovations, upgrades, etc. We look at comparable homes in your neighbourhood to give an indication of current market value. Then we make an estimate of value for your home and determine the best asking price.
Preparation
We review the steps necessary to prepare your home for market with the least amount of inconvenience. Using our team of professionals, we help you get your house looking its best to appeal to the largest number of buyers.
